On May 25, 2018, a new European legislation on the protection of personal data will come into force, the GDPR. GDPR stands for "General Data Protection Regulation" or "Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming" or AVG in Dutch.
Under this new legislation, more rights will be granted to the persons whose personal data are processed, on the one hand, and additional obligations will be imposed on companies processing personal data, on the other hand.
This policy aims to inform each patient about what Medimalle Pharmacy does with his or her personal data and to make him or her aware of the obligation of confidentiality regarding the privacy of patients, colleagues and other persons.

The services/products you have purchased in the past are registered.
The processing of personal data is always done with the consent of the persons whose data is processed.

In some cases, we have to share your personal data with the following third parties, among others:
Authorities who would request us to do so (e.g. police, tax authorities...) after verifying the legitimacy of their request
Specific third parties officially designated in the files such as law firms, bailiffs...
2.3 Storage of personal data
We do not keep your personal data longer than necessary for the purposes for which we process them and this in accordance with the general rules provided for by the various legislations. Personal data that is not part of the data to be retained in accordance with the general regulations can be deleted on request.
